Shipping
We ship via Courier (UPS) and Canada Post Expedited Mail  We process your order as soon as we receive it and do our best to ship within 3-5 days. (Sometimes quicker). Please ensure you are shipping to a secure location as once the item is delivered it is your responsibility. 

Free Shipping is offered on orders over $100, before tax. We are unable to adjust this promotion, and please understand as a small business, we do our best. Shipping is expensive and when we offer free shipping, we have to ensure order minimums are met.

We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $9 on orders over $25. Orders under $25 pay actual shipping rates.

Returns
We accept returns on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order - unless you're purchasing a custom item - whereby all sales are final.

All returns are eligible for store credit only, no refunds will be issued. Your store credit will be issued to you via email - which you can use on a future purchase. Return shipping costs are full responsibility of the customer and no shipping charges will be refunded to you. All items returned must be unworn with original tags still in tact, free of stains and scent. Please ensure you send back the item as it was received, clean and free of pet hair. We reserve the right to reject any items that appear to have been worn or altered. Such items will be returned at the customers expense.
